Excellent service ! The field crew (Miguel and his associate) was very thorough to ensure a detailed and complete collection of the property measurements. Furthermore, when I expressed a concern about the zoning/ setback clearance of an existing structure on my property, Mr. Tom Lutke volunteered to do extra in-depth search, and gave me all the essential info regarding the issue. Tom Lutke is an amazing guy! The price quote was fair, and the quality of research he did was astounding and so thorough. My survey came in the mail with an invoice, 5 copies of the survey and even a laminated copy. Tom kept us updated every step of the way and never expressed frustration with any calls we placed to him. We are buying this property and were concerned with the boundary lines. 5 stars all the way for NOVA Surveys. HIGHLY recommend.

Tom Lutke and this company are useless. He was contacted by our neighborhood one year ago to do surveys and provide land elevation certificates for approximately 5 homes. He claimed he did the work, yet has never provided any of us with the elevation certificates. When contacted about 3 months after he told me the work was done, he said he had all the information on his computer, he just had to print off the certificate and mail it to me. None of the homes who had requested the surveys have ever received anything from him. We have tried to contact him REPEATEDLY through email and voicemail. His voicemail recording usually says his inbox is full and messages can't be left. I waited a few weeks and tried again, and was able to leave him messages, but he refuses to respond. More than likely, he is not a qualified or licensed surveyor or is not competent enough to do the job requested. So rather than tell us he couldn't do the job, he just refuses to return our calls. I suspect he abandoned the job at the first house and never did the other 4 surveys. He is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend wasting your time with this guy or his company. He was previouly with two other companies before striking out on his own last year, which explains a lot to me.
