Electronic cigarettes and accessories Thank you for visiting Foggy Mist, the low cost e-cigarette retailer. At Foggy Mist we use the products we sell so you'll always get products that have been well tested and what we consider the best, high quality e-cigs for the money. We also manufacture some products that we sell, such as the USB Passthru and The Perch. Both items are hard to keep in stock so don't be surprised if you check and find we're out. With two fulfillment centers, our goal is to ship all orders the same day.
