I would NOT recommend using this company for a road call. I have no experience with them at their own shop. 4 hours total time on the job and $1720 later I have 3 batteries and an alternator. Almost $1000 of this is labor. Definately NOT a good business to use.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANT AT ALL FOR ANY THING. I was overheating because of thermostat, i was told by the service writer Sherry that they was around the same price as volvo dealers were, so i decided to use them and let them put a thermostat in my truck. i waited for about 6 hours for them to repair my truck, the bill was for $1,121.36 thats $350.00+ dollars over what Capital Volvo, Vanguard of Austin, and Vanguard of Atlanta, said they charge for the exact same work. I had a really good load on my trailer going to laredo so i had 10 hours to drive a 5 hour trip but i only made it 17 miles before my truck lost all the antifreeze because of the POOR effort they put in working on my truck. after returning to the shop because the road crew said they couldnt fix it on the road they found hoses leaking thermostat housing leaking and torn rubber seals that they just charged me for. After having to give up my load and loosing another one, i had to sleep in a hot truck and the next day when i was questioning them about my bill they didnt want nothing to do with me except fix my truck so i could get out of their hair. They never once appoliged for the lost of revenue nor tried to make it right. This place is a dump not driver friendly at all and the poorest excuse of a diesel shop that i have ever been to. JFL They had to put 10 gallong of antifreeze in my truck mixed at 50/50 so thats 5 gallons water and 5 gallons of antifreeze.120.35 for 5 gallons of water. HIGHWAY ROBBERS.

Just saying thanks for a job well done on my truck. Appreciate the hard work on figuring out what was going on and everyone staying late to make sure I got fixed. I'll be sure to put the word out like I said I would. Trace
