Mindak is a framing sub-contracting company. Mindak Commercial Construction, LLC was founded in December of 2011. Mindak is a framing sub-contracting company operating mainly in western North Dakota. However we are licensed to build commercial and residential buildings in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa. We specialize in framing (labor only) contracts ranging from $50,000 to $200,000 in size. We have a large network of capable carpenters that have done work for our external operations manager Geris Kraus ranging from 1-10 years worth of service. Our capabilities to provide management, insurance, communication with general contractors, submit professional bids, provide housing, and cash flow job start ups leads us to have a niche in the market place.
