I've been a chronic neck cracker for as long as I can remember. There have been plenty of days where I woke up and thought I'd just slept funny and figured it would take a day or two for my neck to pop back into place, work out the kink and go on with life. I figured all of the routine aches and pains in my back and neck were normal. I was referred to Dr. Lukas by a family member after waking up with a routine case of " I slept funny again " that lasted more than 6 weeks. Who would have thought that I , at only 31 years old, was well on my way to stage 2 degeneration with the beginnings of bone spurs showing on my x-rays?! After my first adjustment my range of motion improved and the pain started to alleviate. Now 6 weeks later, I have almost full range of motion back, the pain is nearly gone, and the regular aches and pains I've always just figured were normal are vanishing. I'm so grateful to Dr. Lukas and his team for not only helping me start on the road to healing, but also for their wonderful professionalism and such a warm and welcoming environment!
