Met Roy in the middle of the street picking up contents of his tool box which had fallen out of his trailer. He followed me to my house to assess the issues with my garage door opener, after checking it out and making a few adjustments to get me though until I could get a new opener (this was a Sunday morning). The following week I picked up a new opener and had him come back on a Saturday, he was prompt, efficient, and very courteous. He installed the new opener and adjusted the springs and the door to insure proper operation. I will not hesitate to recommend Roy to anyone I know who needs garage door help.
