The staff is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We had a security door lock installed on our business and it was a smooth and easy transaction! Tommy came out to look at the door and give us a quote. I was unsure of my options. He took time to explain my choices and he even suggested the way that would save me money! For a new business, in this economy, honesty is greatly appreciated! He knew exactly what they were doing! He even foresaw a potential problem with the door being opened in the wrong direction and he fabricated an impromptu door stop! Everything works GREAT. . . .WONDERFUL customer service.. . .EFFICIENT staff. . .I would HIGHLY recommend.

Okay, so I made the rookie mistake of locking my keys in my car. Everyone does it. Whatever. No big deal. But my friends were making fun of me about it and I just wanted to get my keys back and go home! I called a few places to see which one would be able to make it out the quickest. Hey guys! I completely spaced and locked my keys inside my apartment. The sucky thing about it all, was that I had just made a spare key to give to a neighbor, and that was left inside as well. So, that being said, I called and had someone come out to me. It wasn't any longer than 15-20 minutes before someone showed up. Surprisingly AMAZING. Didn't wait too long. It every thing was great. Let's hope I don't lock myself out but if it happens again, I will call these guys. Definitely.

My car was stolen and they ruined the ignition, thankfully these guys worked wonders and now I'm able to still drive my car. The new ignition and keys I received from them are awesome and if this ever happens again (hopefully not) then I will in a heartbeat calll them.
