I found Zaitek Communications to be honest, straight forward and highly professional company. Having contacted them for setting up our VoIP phone system they gave us an initial quote of the project and gave us a few options as well that could substantially lower our cost of installations. What I liked the most about this company was that I never felt like being forced into hiring the company, in fact they were rather straight forward and told me what services they could provide us and what services they did not provide. Our system is working fine and I am completely satisfied with their quality of work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new VoIP phone system set up.

We hired Zaitek Communication Services for some telephone repair service in our Washington DC office. The first good thing I noticed was that they were fast to respond to our call, their technicians made it to our office within an hour of lodging the complaint. They were quick to locate the fault and had our system restored and running as normal within two hours. I was quite impressed with their quick response and fast turnaround. I would definitely recommend them to any one who wants to get their telephone system repaired fast.

Had an amazing experience here! The staff is exceptionally friendly, the technicians are certainly well qualified...and most importantly they always get the job done! They turned my hectic and stressful phone troubles into pure bliss! After their visit, systems were back up and running smoothly! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to wash away their telecommunications troubles.
