Worst company. The strap on the cover fell off several months after arrival and another strap is unraveling. I was told straps are not covered by the warranty. They also insisted I was lying and that I had pulled the strap off. Terrible product and super insulting customer service. Would never order form them again.

Oh, Cover Guy, how did I survive so long without you? I just love this company! I ordered a hot tub cover from them last week and I could not be happier with it. It’s sturdy and fits my hot tub perfectly. This hot tub cover will definitely last longer than my last one!

The Hot Tub Extreme hot tub cover greatly improved my hot tub’s energy efficiency. It has saved me perhaps $5 in electricity a month. This doesn’t sound like that much, but I run my hot tub all year round so it adds up. In general it is a good cover though. The stitching is doubled up and hasn’t torn at all. The vapor seal also appears to be totally intact. The cover is thick and strong and would probably stand up well to snow, though I barely get any where I live. I would recommend the Cover Guy Extreme hot tub cover to anyone.
