Worst company. The strap on the cover fell off several months after arrival and another strap is unraveling. I was told straps are not covered by the warranty. They also insisted I was lying and that I had pulled the strap off. Terrible product and super insulting customer service. Would never order form them again.

The Hot Tub Extreme hot tub cover greatly improved my hot tub’s energy efficiency. It has saved me perhaps $5 in electricity a month. This doesn’t sound like that much, but I run my hot tub all year round so it adds up. In general it is a good cover though. The stitching is doubled up and hasn’t torn at all. The vapor seal also appears to be totally intact. The cover is thick and strong and would probably stand up well to snow, though I barely get any where I live. I would recommend the Cover Guy Extreme hot tub cover to anyone.

I know many people have commented on this, but these guys really do sell great hot tub covers. They offer 3 different types and help you decide what is best for you. Their customer service reps are there to make the decision easy. I went in to my local hot tub store and did not receive nearly as much personal attention as The Cover Guy gave me. I tried to tewll the sales rep what I wanted, but he kept going on and on about the importance of getting a premium-grade cover. I told him I didn’t need one and that I was just looking for something to keep the debris out. We don’t use our tub that often, so anything high-end would be pointless. Needless to say, I ended up getting my cover from The Cover Guy. I am so glad I did. We have what we need and spent a lot less than what we could have.

You guys are the best. Lightning fast shipping speeds are something I praise very highly for any business, especially one that is online. Getting your order on time means a lot to people, it sure does to me. There has never been a delay, and almost all of the time my packages get delivered earlier than expected.

The Cover Guy is a website that specializes in custom-made replacement hot tub covers. However, they also carry hot tub accessories and chemicals. I don’t need any more accessories, but I do need hot tub chemicals regularly. All of the hot tub chemicals that I have purchased from them have been low price but high quality. They only carry a few brands but the brands they carry work just fine. And We just received our bulk order from you. Lots of chemicals, accessories, and a cover lifter. It ended up being shipped in two different packages. The shipping rates were low and everything arrived exactly when we wanted it to. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Our hot tub cover is working perfect! We have had our new cover installed for about a month now, and I can already tell a difference in how hot water is. We like to keep it about 102 degrees, which has always put a toll on our utility bill. I honestly never thought about installing a cover, even though I had read a few things talking about how energy-efficient they are. Our monthly bill hasnât arrived yet, but I already know its going to be much lower. I certainly donât want to think about all of the money we could have saved had we made this decision a year ago!

Wow! Thatâs all we can say. What a great cover. The only concern I had about ordering online was the delivery, and whether it was going to be intact when it got to our home. Iâm happy to say that our cover, power assist lifter arrived wrapped and packaged in such a way that it would have been very hard to damage it in the delivery process. Thatâs not all though. The material you use, the stitching, the color, and just everything about the product screams professional quality. Thank you so much for the great service guys.
