TERRIBLE place to live in NOT worth the trouble, NOT even for the very low rent. THE WORST PLACE I HAVE LIVED IN!!!! Just about everyone who has lived in their apartments has had a complaint with them. Everything from lawsuits, deaths, deposits not being returned, cigarette smoke entering through from other tenants and unannounced entries from Edward Fernadez the landlord are expected. To make things worse Edward forbids any guests visiting you and becomes irate and irritated when visitors are present. Edward is a sneeky man who tries to fool his tenants so don't trust him!!!!! Edward attempts to spy on his tenants from the first day of move in and is always on property. Other tenants have mentioned that Edward has attempted and succeeded in entering your apartment when you are not present and looks through your belongings without permission. Beware GIRLS for there may be an attempt for this man to look through your lingerie and private belongings. Deaths have also occurred with no announcement from Edward. Bad things happen to Edward and I can see why. Past tenants taking out their anger on him. Many tenants have quoted him saying this statement after a death to one of Edward's tenants: " $300 dollar deposit $1000 worth in damages". No respect for the dead. Edward is a miserable person and should quit or sell. A very negative person who also complains of his lawsuits by other tenants. He even talks to you like your an idiot. Tenants need to do a background check on him.
