i have a recommendation for you wayne how about calling me back since i called and left messages on your phone about 50 times with no callback. when are you thinking about coming around here, last thing i heard from your crew when they put in the poles all but 4 of them that was back in november the fence was supposed to be done by the 1st of november. but you kept giving me excuses that the 1 inch cedar hadnt come in yet so i let it slide. I am already getting bids on finishing your work. now i am getting my attorney involved because this game has gone on long enough. I was told that you will be written a notarized letter letting you know dammage do to breech of contract, attorney fees, cost to finish contracted work with new company plus the recoupment of the original deposit. remember we had a contract this could have all been avoided if you would have just answered one of my calls. but apparently that is not going to happen so wayne the ball is in your court. 7126 birchwood isnt that far from my german shepards training facility maybe ill take a quick ride up there. hope to hear from you real quick like.
