. I purchased the deal from living social and called to schedule my appointment. They said they would call back in 24to 48 hrs, over a week passed and no call back. When I called them back, they finally returned my call. They were not able to schedule me until more then a month out. When I realized that date had came and passed, I called them and they had missed the date, but blamed it on me for not calling them to confirm....really?!!! He basically was very rude told me to call living social and get a refund and hung up on me. The worst customer service ever.

Jimmy did a great job on both mine and my wife's car. He detailed them right in our driveway and our cars look fantastic! We will definitely use Five Star LLC Auto Detailing again! Steve & Michelle

I purchased a "Living Social" voucher for Five Star LLC Auto Detailing and immediately scheduled an appointment to redeem this voucher. Ten minutes before my appointment, I received a voice message from Jimmy of Five Star Auto, informing me that my appointment was canceled due to "weather conditions" (it wasn't raining...) and that he would call me the next day to reschedule the appointment. After 3 days with no word from him, I called and left a message. That message was never returned, and neither were the 5 subsequent messages that I left for him over the course of the following weeks. I contacted Living Social to try to get my money back, and they said they would work with Five Star Auto to try to make the situation right. That evening, I received a phone call from Five Star to reschedule my appointment. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, I called Jimmy, the owner, to confirm the time of my appointment. He informed me that he would not be honoring my voucher since I had "complained" to Living Social about him. (Really, I just tried to get my money back after the first canceled appointment.) Jimmy proceeded to shout at me and tell me that he was "busy" and "didn't have time for people like me." Then he hung up on me. So, Five Star Auto canceled my first appointment at the last minute, canceled my second appointment without bothering to tell me, and essentially STOLE the amount of the voucher from me - since they dishonestly marked it as "redeemed."
