Taxidermist, Fine Art Fish Replica Artist, specializing in hyper realistic replica fish mounts, traditional skin mounts and restorations. We start with the highest quality cast fish molds taken from premium select examples of the species. These museum quality replicas have extraordinary detail so exact that even the pores on the scales are present. The fins are thin, flexible, and extremely resilient and cast from real fish. The interior mouth detail is so amazing you can see through the gills from the mouth. With an array of techniques and a variety of cosmetic applications, I am able to replicate the life-likeness of exquisite colors, patterns, shapes, and textures of each species. Each scale of your prize possession is meticulously hand painted and scale tipped two to three times using your photo as a "spot on" reference. Commercial grade replicas and skin mounts are also available.
