Since 1980, Penny Construction has been building, remodeling and maintaining homes in the Bellevue, WA and general Eastside areas.
As a hands-on builder/remodeler, I am still in the field working with my tools. We may not be the fastest. We may not be the cheapest. We probably take a little longer. Thoroughness takes time. It takes time to do things properly. I refuse to compromise Quality for Speed. We don't have crews that we send out, it is me and my tradespeople. I personally do much of the work and personally supervise all of our projects. I am a stickler for details, fussy, picky, particular, with standards...
