Do not use this business for anything! I had my windshild replaced and have a wind sound on my driver side. I called apx. 15 times and NO ONE!!! EVER CALLS BACK!!!!! Forget this company " VISION AUTO GLASS, INC. " Don't loose your money. Neil

After this company damaged my vehicle while replacing my windshield and refused to repair the damage, I did some background checking on them. I found out that they are primarily a transient company that moves from town to town avoiding their responsibilities to customers. Additionally their staff largely consists of ex convicts. I've turned them over to the proper authorities and hope they can run them down.

They did a good job on the windshield replacement but broke the bezel on my dashboard. Accidents happen yes, but it took numerous phone calls and almost 2 months to get it fixed/replaced.

Poor Poor customer service. Dont use this company! they broke my windshield the first time had to replace it and the guy acts like its my fault that he broke it cook about an extra week and a half and then they chipped the paint on my car again he acts like its my fault they tell me they're insured I asked how to get it repair they sent me to a place that has awful review s. I'm filing complain at our Better Business Bureau against them awful awful people
