Storm Towing...Worst Experience of my life!!!! I can not believe how this business owner can operate a business much less be a part of society in a positive way???His horrible attitude and unprofessional customer service was unbelievable. He had no regard for civility or respect. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectful by another human being. He said the F word at me in front if my daughter and spoke to me in a very degrading and demeaning tone. I am a business owner of 18 years and professional in the community who was bringing my child to get her car from this god forsaken Storm tow yard. I Had no issue paying the $291.00 for the tow, as she parked in a parking lot to watch fireworks and left her car overnight... It was not about anything but a super huge ego and power trip for this owner. He is a Horrible man, this is a horrible company and this was a horrible experience!!!!! I Pray No One Ever Has To Deal with this Company!!!!! I will file complaints with the BBB and Attorney General of Texas!!!! I will also write to local and county commissioners and law enforcement to never do business with this towing company.....

On 16 July 2013, I had the distinct displeasure of having a Storm Wrecker Service truck dispatched to tow my truck. I specifically requested a flatbed wrecker and the driver arrived with a standard, "wheels up" wrecker. The only way I knew he had arrived was my dogs were barking. The wrecker driver never came to my front door to announce his arrival and by the time I stepped outside, he already had my truck's rear wheels up in the air and was attaching the tie down straps to the rear tires. When I asked why a flat bed truck was not sent, the wrecker driver acknowledged that he knew I had requested a flat bed but "he was here now and I can tow this truck". I asked twice more about a flat bed wrecker and the driver was insolent and argumentative in his response that "he could easily tow my truck and WHY did I want a flat bed wrecker"? Finally, I told him to put my truck down and get off of my property. I have had my vehicles towed before, and this is the first time that I have had the wrong type of wrecker sent and certainly the first time I have ever had a wrecker driver this rude. I recommend NOT using Storm Towing. (Bad Boy Towing came the next day, on time, with a flat bed wrecker and did a fine job.)

Storm Towing saved the day! My alternator went out when I was driving back from San Antonio and my car just died! Storm came and got me quickly and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Thank you!
