From the beginning we were very comfortable with our contact at Orion Nicole; she was very thorough and upfront regarding pricing and services and took great care in extracting all the information to ensure that our quite was accurate and that we would not be in for any discrepancies at the end. The movers were clean, friendly and component in the service provided, they took care in preparing and shipping our items with no damages to speak of. I consider myself to be a strong judge of character and found Orion van lines to be an excellent choice.

I had a wonderful move with Orion Van lines and found them to be very professional and courteous. The movers took good care of our belongings and made sure our items were fully protected during handling and shipping, at what we perceived to be a fair rate.

Orion Van lines relocated our family from a 3,800 square foot home in Austin into a 4,000 plus square foot home in Santa Fe and provided a full service, white glove move for us. We have only moved once before so we were really on edge moving with 2 young children. We paid a premium for a guaranteed one date pick up window as opposed to their standard 2 day window. Early in the morning a 4 man moving crew arrived to pack and load all the contents of our home and they worked and worked from morning until late at night to have everything on the truck. Their service was exceptional, their communication was just as good and we were always able to reach someone in the office. The dispatcher contacted us the next morning with the balance and we owed a little less, they were the best choice we could have made. Delivery was perfect as well, same crew minus one of the guys, very good choice.

The move went very smooth and the movers were very nice and professional to deal with. We moved a 2 bedroom home estimated at 7100 lbs along with our 2 cars . The estimate given actually decreased around $226.00 in the end which was a nice surprise as well. When and if we plan another move we will definitely use their services again without hesitation.

Orion van lines moved our 3 bedroom apartment from Los Angeles to Chicago back in July of this year. The estimate they provide was pretty accurate and the moving guys were polite and easy to work with. The delivery estimate was for 5-14 days and we received our goods on the 11th day so we were happy. We requested unpacking which was a first for us and it was a huge help and we would recommend that service as it is very reasonable. We would rate Orion's performance as 5 star for sure.

Our move was carried out by Orion van lines in December of 2013. We moved from Dallas Texas to New Jersey with a 3 family home worth of items. The service was very professional and our items were very well cared for. The move took 8 days to complete the trip as we were quoted 6-10 days so we were very happy with the service provided.
