The technician was very thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. We were very impressed with his work and assessment of our system. He was not pushy in trying to sell us a new unit, even though we know we will need one in a few years. I will definitely keep Gill's Appliance Repair on my list for when the time comes to invest that money.

Gill was here on time. He quoted the job and said he could do it right then. He was very polite.
