This is the second opportunity I have to work with Dean. He helped us over a year ago when the original garage door motor system went out. Since I was highly impressed with him the first time, I decided to call him again when the original spring that came with the house decided to break. I called the listed number and easily scheduled an appointment for the next day. When the day arrived, Dean called to confirm that he would be there at the promised time. When I arrived to meet him at the house he was already waiting for me.
He showed me the broken spring, quoted me a extremely reasonable price and proceeded to change out our broken garage spring. He was friendly like the first time, worked quickly, and thoroughly. He also reviewed tips on the proper maintenance and upkeep of the garage door.
Dean was also very personable, and I was comfortable having him in the house. I find it inspirational to meet folks that clearly have pride in their trade and do a good job at a fair price. I do not hesitate to recommend him.
