ABSOLUTELY NOT. This company is careless with orders, unaccountable, and unprofessional on the rare occasion that they do respond. I ordered 5 boxes of a specialty product and received four boxes of a version of a lower quality brand that didn't come anywhere near meeting the specifications of the ordered version. The company was contacted the same day, but responded with a debate rather than an apology. Ultimately, a customer representative agreed to send a prepaid shipping label. When nothing was forwarded over the next 24 hours, I emailed again to specifically request this be forwarded electronically. I haven't heard a word since, nor have they done anything they agreed to. So unless your critical needs can be met with whatever random product they decide to ship and money has no real value to you, I would look elsewhere.
