I've known Elicia for six years and have hired her as both a groomer and a cat-sitter. I first met Elicia as a groomer and was immediately impressed at how gently she handled my cat, Sylvester. In the beginning, I would help her with Sylvester, but after a few appointments, I realized he was comfortable and didn't need me around. Two years ago, when Sylvester passed away from old age, Elicia sent me a photo she had taken of him and wrote some kind words about what a sweet cat he was. I was very touched by that gesture and her thoughtfulness. Although Elicia is no longer needed as a groomer for my other cats (They're short-haired.), she still cat-sits for me at least three times a year. Whenever I'm gone, my cats meet her at the door each day, something they wouldn't do if they didn't like her. In addition to feeding them, topping up the water bowl and scooping the litter box, she plays with them, gives them catnip occasionally and trims their nails. For me, Elicia gives me peace of mind because I don't worry about my cats when I'm away. I know she'll take care of them. One last recommendation, Elicia has a great rapport with animals because she respects them and is passionate about their well-being.

Wesley, my rough collie, and I first met Elicia about 6 years ago when I hired her as a groomer. Before I hired Elicia, I had taken Wesley to a different groomer where I know something horrible had to have happened. When I picked Wesley up he was crying and when we got home he curled up for about 2 hrs. Also he wouldn't let me near him with a brush! He was only 1 1/2 yrs old! Elicia listened to what happened and told me she would go slowly with Wesley. Little by little she worked her magic and Wesley went from a dog that hated grooming to one who loves it! And he ADORES Elicia. Jackie has groomed Wesley too and treated him with the same compassion that Elicia did. You can tell these two women love animals! I've also hired Elicia to walk Wesley. Elicia left me a report on the table as to how their walk went. I thought that was great!! Wesley will be 8 years old in June and I am so very thankful for all of the help that Elicia has given me over the years! She continues to groom Wesley every month and he loves seeing her!! She's the only groomer I'll use (except for Jackie)! If I ever have to leave Wesley alone, I'll be calling 4 Mutts LLC. After all Wesley deserves nothing but the finest care possible and Elicia and Jackie are the BEST! Both Elicia and Jackie work as groomers for my grooming/retail business and are the most gentle loving care givers I know. I also entrust my beloved dogs and cat to the two when I am out of town. I don't feel that boarding an animal is a good environment for any animal and would only recommend home care where your pet is in the comfort of their own home. Elicia and Jackie genuinely love all animals and become personally attached to all their clients. When my babies see them, they whimper with joy practically knocking them over to see them! Elicia often brings her dogs to my house to play with my dogs and creates a "dog party" while I am away. (of course this is pre-approved!) Elicia is also very educated in pet nutrition and is not opposed to the extra task at hand in feeding my pets a raw meat diet with various supplements. She also provides them with plenty of exercise and hangs out with them for extended periods of time oppose to throwing food down, letting them out, then out the door to the next client. They limit the number of clients they take on in a day so they have the time to care for each animal and spend adequate time with them. I recommend 4 Mutts, LLC to anyone looking for a recommendation, because I know that they will be in the best hands!

Elicia and Jackie do such a great job with my two "mutts". Sally and Shayna are my babies and I don't want just any person to care for them. Jackie and Elicia came to my home, took them for walks, and even tended to a cut that Sally had gotten days before. They cared for them just as if they were their own fur-babies. I give them 4 paws up!

My husband and I, who consider our mini schnauzer our child, went on an overnight trip and felt very secure knowing that Jack was in good hands while we were gone. Elicia offered to make 2 trips to our apartment, one at night to let him out, and one in the morning + feeding and walk. Before we left, she stopped by to get the key and to meet Jack, find out where his food, leash, etc. was. She kept in contact with us by sending us a couple of texts to let us know how he was. He was actually kind of tired when we got home, so we know she took him on a good walk and played with him. He seemed very at ease. Elicia and 4Mutts care for my elderly, cranky, love of my life, cat. I travel quite a bit for varied durations. But no matter the case, Elicia has taken care of Bogey, and by extension, made my life possible. She's extremely trustworthy and accommodating. Over the years, Elicia has never missed an appointment with my cat. My cat has experienced several health issues over the years, and she's always helped with medicines and special dietary needs, as well as checking on his grooming and general well being. I've referred her to several friends for dog walking and dog sitting services as well, and they're all equally thrilled. I highly recommend their services.
