Thanks you Arkidus for replacing my Hot Water Heater!!!!!! I bought the Diamond Plan about 9 months ago and just last week my refrigerator brokedown and I called the AHP to fix it. The first time I called the called went straight to voicemail. I left a recorded message and a claims rep called me back about an hour later to find out my situation. Jaime the claim agent called a tech near by to come to the house. The appointment was schedule for the next day. The following day, the tech accessed the problem and said the fridge needed a new compressor. They ordered the part needed, and a few days later the fridge was up and running. Sincerely, Megan

I GOT SCAMMED OUT OF $400 FOR A BOGUS POLICY. I TRIED CALLING FOR THREE DAYS, FROM 8/11 TO 8/14 AND THE PHONE LINE IS BUSY!!! FOUND OUT THEY GOT AN F RATING FROM THE BBB. TRIED TO CANCEL ON LINE AND IN WRITING..NO RESPONSE! I AM TRYING TO WORK WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. WHEN I CALLED THE BBB OF SOUTHWEST MIAMI, THEY SAID THEY HAVE RECEIVED 5 COMPLAINTS IN THE LAST WEEK!!! BEWARE OF ARKIDUS!!!

FRAUD! This company does not return calls or emails. They took my money and ran!

MY COMPANY DID WORK UNDER THEIR AUTHORIZATION IN 2012 AND HAVE STILL NOT BEEN PAID. THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG MAILING ADDRESS. THEY WILL NOT RETURN CALLS. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH REINALDO BERGES OR ARKIDUS!!!!
