Beauty advisor and recruitment The L'Bel Company was started 40 years ago. Our vision is to put women in touch with their ideal of beauty and self-fulfillment and empower and strengthen women to change their lives and their communities. We reach over 16 countries and launched in the U.S. in 2005. There are more than 850,000 Beauty Advisors worldwide. Our opportunity includes sharing the products, building the business, and as stated empowering women in their communities. Our products are premium skin care and luxurious fine fragrances created exclusively in France. You can have a Glam Up event where you and your guests can try the products and you can earn FREE products. If you would like to join the L'Bel team, you have a chance to earn incentives offered every year. This year you could earn a trip to Orlando.
