This is the WORST moving company ever. Based upon prior reviews, I knew they had a tendency not to show up. So, I confirmed with them twice during the week before my move, including on the day before my move. They guaranteed me they would show up as scheduled at 9 am. Guess what? They never showed and they didn't answer my numerous phone calls (which they never do) or reply to my emails. Hey JJ -- if you aren't planning to show up, why not have the decency to tell your customers beforehand? Or at least on the morning of!! This company needs to be reported to the BBB and sued for misleading customers. They left me in a jam and forced me to reschedule my move to the following date and thereby pay an extra fine to my building as my lease expired on my moving date. I hate your company and recommend no one use you!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! They are extremely unprofessional and RUDE. They will only waste your time and ruin your day! most likely will ruin your entire week.

I was excited about using this company and purchased a Living social deal for it. They are impossible to get in contact with and do not respond. Obviously they don't care about new business. I wish I hadn't spent money on this.

This is a Horrible Company!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! We bought a Groupon for them which was for four hours of moving. It took us three weeks to get in contact with them; no one will answer the phone or return a message. They do not even return e-mails! We finally got athem to agree to a day and the morning of our move they called to tell us that they no longer accept groupon because groupon voided their contract with them due to the large number of complaints. Do yourself a favor, look for another mover and don't use JJ's Express Moving.
