Quick and delightful people. My insurance agent referred them and by the time I arrived my windshield was ready to be installed. The process was easy, they billed my insurance directly.

Professional service, all billing was handled over the phone. My tech's name was Scott, this guy did such a good job that it is not even noticeable that I had any prior damage to my windshield. This is the best way I have ever spent my tax return.

So fast and easy.. I showed up, the secretary contacted my insurance company, it took about 5 minutes for them to get approval and it only cost $75.00 for my deductible. I was out of there in about 45 minutes.

I was given their name by my State farm Insurance Company when I called about a claim. Betty scheduled the appointment based on my schedule and billed my insurance company directly. Scott was the tech that did the replacement was very skilled at his craft and took extra care not to damage any part of my car. I am very pleased with how the entire process turned out.

First Call Auto Glass had availability first hand of the parts and window(s). Just with a quick call, we scheduled a next day appointment (given the option of mobile or bringing the vehicle to their shop) I decided to bring it into the shop. Within an hour my car had a brand new window which was maintained very well. Overall I definitely recommend this place.
