I have a rental property that I was tired of having to re-stain the deck every time I was getting ready to rent the place out. I don’t have the time and to be honest, it can get pretty expensive. I wanted something that would reduce the time and money I would have to keep putting in to this rental. When I first talked to Eric with SealColorado, his first recommendation to get rid of the stain. He explained that stain will always wear off, but the natural wood look can be maintained with very little effort. I was a bit skeptical about how it would look at first, and what a night and day difference there is. I can see that with no more stain on there, I’m not going to have to worry about the color’s fading. They back their seal with a 25-year warranty, which in my mind, if I’m not having to do much more than just wash the deck off every once in awhile, than I’ve really reduced my costs now.
These guys are easy to work with, do a great job, and I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys.

SealColorado recently re-sealed my deck and I couldn't be happier with the out-come. We use our deck all the time, but after years of "weathering" it was in need of some TLC. I've grown tired of restaining my deck every few years, and started asking others about a better option. I found out about SealColorado from a friend who had great results, and am so glad I did. They were very professional, easy to work with, and I couldn't be happier with the way my deck looks now. This will definitely save me time and money in the future.

Seal Colorado just recently completed the epoxying of my 4 car garage- 1000SF+. I spend a great deal of time in my garage and could not have been happier with how the product came out. It has a very classy look while being very useful in being able to just spray out dirt and grime.. Unlike other companies I got quotes from Seal Colorado grinds down the concrete instead of using a harsh acid etching process which I did not want given young children I have. The long term warrantee they offer was another big decision as to why I chose them. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions before and during the process. I was able to start moving stuff back into my garage in just a few days, I allowed for some extra time since it was colder out and I had to finish painting the walls and ceiling. Seal Colorado was very competitively priced and completed the work on time without any issue. I would strongly suggest their work to anyone looking for a top of the line floor epoxy. Don’t confuse this product with what you buy at the big box hardware stores which will peel off in a couple of years. As I was having mine done a neighbor was hard at work re-doing his floor with the store bought stuff after just 3 years.

We are a self-serve laundromat and need a floor that is tough, stain resistant, moisture resistant, and easy to clean. We found epoxy to be the best value for the money and easiest to install.
The SealColorado epoxy coating has exceeded our expectations for all the above. We are still excited by how bright and clean it always looks!
Eric from SealColorado came in and gave us a frank and accurate assessment of what would be required to install and maintain our epoxy flooring. In every instance Eric and his crew exceeded his commitment and our expectations. Eric worked with us to find the best installation schedule to suit our business patterns. We found Eric and SealColorado to be timely, reliable, and thoroughly professional.
We would highly recommend SealColorado for epoxy floor finishes. We invite anyone who is considering epoxy flooring to come by our store, Spring Creek Laundry, at 1005 W. Stuart St. in Fort Collins to see for yourself what a beautiful and durable solution epoxy coating applied by SealColorado can be!

I have a 10 year old deck and stain it every two years. This year I decided to look into other options. I called Seal Colorado to have their professionals look at it and give me some advice. They told me about their 25 year warranty and I was sold! They came out and stripped all the old stain off and made it look brand new. I thought I would want to re-stain it, but after seeing its new natural look, I decided to leave it just the way it is! Thank you so much for all your help Seal Colorado!!
