How can I recommend your company? I ordered deer antlers two weeks ago. My credit card has been charged, yet I have not received my order. I've sent three emails and placed two phone calls to your company, but no one has responded. Is this the way you treat your customers?I feel your Customer Service is lacking. I look forward to a replay from your company. I'm wondering if you want my repeat business.

I am in the process of canceling my order WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY because the people here do not answer phone calls or emails. I placed my order almost two full weeks ago of simply ONE antler, and haven't received anything since. My card was charged 3 days after I placed my order. I have called numerous times, as well as sent emails. Not to mention every time I call I immediately get the answering machine. Please, if you're looking for antlers, go to PetCo or PetSmart which is where I'm about to go after I get my money back from these people. This place is a joke.
