Having provided Ellie Laraine Prewitt with a $500 deposit to begin processing a home located at 3775 Cottage Grove Rd Akron, Ohio 44319 we were a bit dismayed to find misspellings, forms giving us the right to inspection filled in previously by them in essence waiving our rights, BACK DATING OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS, a missing Residential Property Disclosure Form (REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF OHIO).Informing them of our decision to not move forward less than 24 hours of providing said deposit led her to state she would be keeping our money for gas and time spent and that she would ask God what she should do...Seriously I have her actual texts, emails and aforementioned documents all time stamped. I have contacted multiple state agencies from the Ohio Attorney General, BBB, Ohio Association Of Realtors, etc. Along with multiple social media sites to inform others of these business practices. PS, I am still waiting to hear back from the Lord.
