Occasional Occasions by Carlton is a Full Service, Off-Premise, Boutique Style Catering Company, offering a wide range of custom menus and services. Imagine your event drawing compliments for its true artistry of cuisine...a variety of dishes featuring distinctive Southern American Flavors from the New South. Our goal is to not only introduce you to the tastiest of Southern Fare...but also...to spectacular southern regional specialties, many of which are largely unknown outside the locale where they originated. Although our cuisine is undeniably Southern, it comes across as international...universal even. We call our style..."refined Southern Cuisine", stylishly updated Southern classics. Founded in 1994 by Carlton A. Brown, Occasional Occasions by Carlton has been serving clients, corporate and private, throughout the Atlanta Metropolitan area. What we offer you is not only great food, but elegant presentations and impeccable service
