Parkersbug Roofing and contracting took me for over $5,600. The owner John Gibson told me everything i wanted to hear about doing a great job and i recieved an unfinished job and even took supplies that i paid for. From the beginning it was like pulling teeth to get them to even show up for work. They even did damage to my roof and i had to file a claim though his insurance company because of course they wouldnt fix it. iv been restoring victorian homes all my life and thought that i have seen it all...*until now anyway. call the city of Parkersburg and ask about this company,i wish i would have. Says he is bonded but is not,thats what protects you if the work is done improperly or substanderd. Now im having to file in court.
