I didnt know when i had this thumb print pad installed how much work it would be to keep up with it especially since im not so good with technology but it was nice to have the company who installed it close by and available for me whenever i had any questions regarding it. The lock on our front door has been shoddy lately. Sometimes it won't turn all the way and sometimes it takes a lot of finagling to get the door to open. I've finally had enough of it so I called up a locksmith to come out and either fix the lock or replace it with a completely new one. The technician came out and took a look at it and told me that he could easily fix the lock and I don't have to get a new one! I was so excited. The lock was fixed and it was good as new! The ignition in my car has been wonky for months and I figured it was just a matter of time before it completely goes. Not wanting to take that risk somewhere I'm not familiar I decided to just take care of it.
