CrossFit Confortare was established in June 2012. We started out as a small 1500 sq. ft. training space with one member. Over the past two years the CFC community has grown to 100+ members, utilizing a 4500+ sq. ft. facility, making it Wake Forest's largest CrossFit affliate.
