I think having a good business starts with having good customer service.. I mean without good customer service who would want to come back, right? Anyway this locksmith made a great first impression on me.. He was so friendly and knowledgeable .

My boyfriend came this morning and my little sister was playing with his keys. When he was about to leave we couldn't find his keys. I contacted Locksmith to get new keys, they did it faster than I thought.

So here I was having the best day EVER. When all of a sudden I did the DUMBEST thing ever. I was so embarrassed. I thought I was being all slick and cool showing off to my friends twirling my key chain around on my finger. And then WHOOSH it just slips right off and flies like 20 feet away and falls directly into a storm drain. Wow, see ya later keys. I was livid. I had to get back home by a certain time and I just did not know how I was going to get back into my car until I did some searching on my phone to find the best local locksmith. I found this place and gave them a call. They showed up SO fast and had great prices. Thanks so much.

So there I was stuck locked outside of my car on a rainy evening. I can't believe I locked my keys inside, I'm such a clutz!
