We are a Not-For-Profit Organization whom assists parents with being in their child's lives. Fathers whom are court ordered with parenting time. The primary purpose of F.A.N.S.S. is to assist fathers whom want to be in their children's lives, but are being prevented from doing so based on communication breakdown or other obstacles outside of the courtroom. Our focus is to assist fathers with advice from volunteering attorneys within their state of residence and provide mediation when possible to discuss options with the mother of their child in a safe, discreet, and un-biased location. The idea is to uphold and assist with enforcement of court orders since these are civil documents and law enforcement is limited as to what can be done without going back into the court of law, we assist with the financial as well and the supportive portion of the reoccurring process.
