The primary purpose of F.A.N.S.S. is to assist fathers whom want to be in their children's lives, but are being prevented from doing so based on communication breakdown or other obstacles outside of the courtroom. Our focus is to assist fathers with advice from volunteering attorneys within their state of residence and provide mediation when possible to discuss options with the mother of their child in a safe, discreet, and un-biased location.
