MISSION STATEMET To improve distressed communities and the lives of local people by revitalizing the housing industry one neighborhood at a time. Company Description Affordable Homes for Humanity (AHFH) is a start-up non-profit organization established this past year in Delaware. With over 3.4 million families losing their homes due to foreclosure, AHFH is actively contributing to the nation's real-estate and neighborhood revitalization efforts to help counteract the adverse effects of this phenomenon. Founded in Delaware, AHFH aims to help families overcome the financial obstacles of owning an affordable home. AHFH does this by acquiring a neighborhood of distressed properties for the sole purpose of revitalizing a community by purchasing, renovating and re-selling the acquired properties creating local jobs and community development. Proceeds will be distributed back into each community.
