Hypocrite! Picks up workers from a home improvement store (any race) and promises them a specific amount of money. Pay amount changes then promises of pay dates are lengthened. Not paying your workers is a bad sign! Rarely participates. Samuel may open the day at the site but leaves for the rest of the day. He'll come to check the employees' work then complains to all around if work is not up-to-par. Much of that work was NOT done by the immediate workers but by the previous owner! Quotes are not honored. Dollar amount will have been agreed upon but he'll ask for more money mid-job. Windows were heavily eaten by termites but Samuel said the paint job would work. Sills fell apart and much messy-looking caulking was used. Job attempted by many of his workers yet completed job was below grade level. Samuel under-estimated the condition before setting/agreeing upon a quote. Wish I had positive things to say but Samuel's attitude doesn't permit. Many of the problems could have been avoided but everyone else is at fault!!
