John Pace
At a big public festival, I was arrested by a Jax Beach officer merely for offering to register anyone interested in voting, and charged with trespassing and resisting arrest (basically for telling the cop to F-off). Troy filed two motions to dismiss. The state attorney and the cop lied out their pie holes to defeat the first one. But his second one, based upon his research of obscure city ordinances, won the day.
As an attorney myself, I HIGHLY recommend Troy to anyone seeking criminal defense.
