Montrise Green is the owner of cake & icecream along with her beautiful daughter Ashia who is a pastry chef & culinary arts student.
We have previously owned and operated our own Restaraunt, where we prepared homemade cajun & soul food. In 2011 we decided to explore our passion in handmade homemade desserts,icecream, breakfast, gourmet salads, & hamburgers. Although our foods may sound high in calories and sugars, we have made it our business to also cater to our diabetic & vegetarian friends.
