PLEASE BE AWARE - I had a horrible experience with Fairhope Rug Company and the owner Derrick Barnes. They didn't finish the job, my furniture was damaged and my apartment was left in a huge mess. When I tired to talk to the owner, Derrick Barnes nap out it, he was extremely rude to me, wouldn't address the damages or the unfinished work and he then had the nerve to demand payment and even threaten me but had never even given me an invoice. I ended up having to call the police on him and came very close to filing harassment charges against him. Even with the unfinished work and damages, I made several attempts to pay him for the portion of the work that was completed but I could not get him to give me a bill or an invoice and it only resulted in him making more threats. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ANYONE LOOKING FOR CLEANING SERVICES TO GO ELSEWHERE.
