I would never recommend this business to anyone they are hard to get in contact with and when we did they finally came out told my husband and i they had fixed the problem we were having with our refrigerator and charged us over 150.00 and within three days the issue with the refrigerator and started again. My husband and i both tried numerous times to get in touch with Dales appliance repair and still have never had a call back from them. We have since gone with another repair company. Dales appliance repair is the worst company in Morganton.
