Wow, what can I say? Alex did not do as he stated, and walked off the job. He did a 3000sq ft travertine job for us that was so uneven, we could stub our toes on it. The job was promised to be as smooth and even as glass on initial install. That was why we hired him, as opposed to others who stated they needed to sand after install. The floor is the worst!! Do not hire this person, he does not deliver on his promises..

Alex and his crew were hired to lay 3000 SF of porcelain tiles at 1/16 grout joint. We came home from them starting the project and 67 tiles were laid that day at an 1/8 grout joint. Not what we asked for. He proceeded to do the 1/8 grout joint. he requested a good portion of the money for the project upfront so we had no room to start over. Alex said they would lay the tile using clips so there would be not toe stabbers. unfortunately that was all talk. his quality was different from the sales job he did on us. WE paid him in full even though he promised to come back and fix the bad areas and lay the three tiles at the doorway. todate he has never returned our calls. we had to hire another tile installer to complete his work. in addition we had agreed on a fixed price for the project and he increased the cost per SF by $1.00 per SF. This guy is all talk and the performance is very second rate. I do not recommend him for any type of work!!!!!
