My wedding was November 16, 2019. We requested two TV's for our reception. I called CYMARK the Thursday before to make payment. The woman who answered said that no one was in the offie and asked me to call back the next day. I completely forgot to call back on Friday as things were hectic to say the least (completely my fault for forgetting). My wedding planner reached out to CYMARK on Saturday on our behalf and was told that we could simply have a check ready when they arrived to install the TV's. That sounded fair as I am not accustomed to paying before a service has been rendered; however, they never arrived. My husband and wedding planner reached out to find out where they were. CYMARK did not answer, nor return our calls. We were very disappointed as we had told our guests that the football games would be a part of our reception. CYMARK was unprofessional and provided terrible customer service. Do not recommend.
