Not all lawyers are thieving, blood-suckers scoundrels, but I was still leary when I began my search. When my mother was given the wrong dosage of medication and went into a coma, Mr. Sexton went after the offending party with all the professional acumen he could muster. He had them dead to rights and we settled out-of-court. My mother survived and her settlement was substantial---seven figures!

My mother uses a walker to move around. She was trying to cross at a busy downtown intersection with the green light, her walker caught in a curbside pothole and she fell to the ground.
