Before I sought out help from 10:10 hypnosis I lived an anxiety ridden life and struggled to maintain decent grades in my college courses. I recognized that I needed help in retaining what I was reading in my text books, however after numerous times of augmenting and versifying my study habits, I was unable to attain the grades that I so desired. I was not familiar with hypnosis, nor had I ever thought that it could be used to improve the self. My first visit to 10:10 hypnosis was very educational; it change the stigma that I unknowingly adopted when it came to the definition of "hypnosis." I was in total control of my actions and conscious thinking. After one session I was very impressed to notice changes in other aspects of my life, such as remembering where I parked my car in a crowded parking lot and becoming more decisive on major career decisions. Upon completion of a few sessions, I became a different person and my confidence was through the roof. My grades have improved greatly and I have 10:10 hypnosis to thank for that. Hypnotherapy is a healthy way to improve the unconscious and conscious without the use of unnecessary drugs and other harmful methods.
