Called me stupid on the phone and to "let the professionals do their jobs" when I called to ask a question after the tower incorrectly loaded the vehicle, potentially causing more damage, because he "wasn't about to lie down in that water" to hook the car up and load it properly. He then said I was threatening him and continued to berate me.
