I'm not very satisfied with this company because for three months we have had a broken trash can. The pick up crew saught it best to put a stick in the holes of the trash can to keep the lid on, rather than replacing it. So, last Monday, the broken lid came off (surprisingly) and they threw the lid in the back of their trash truck. So, I called Greenwood to fix the issue, but instead of having someone to take their calls, they were on Vacation. Today is trash day and something got into our trash and strewn it around the road and our driveway. My boyfriend saw it this morning and didn't have time to get it. So I went to clean it up, but someone (I'm assuming the trash worker) picked it up and put the loose trash in the can. So naturally, they didn't take our trash. I've tried calling all morning but with no avail. Id rather take my own trash to the dump than having to play games with this company. Lack of communication looses customers.

This business is a joke. I paid two months in advance for them to pick up our trash, they only picked it up twice and didn't give a refund. The customer service is awful, the lady on ths phone is very rude, and I was far from satisfied with their services. I will definitely be switching to someone else.
