Zach has worked on my Mac several times and has always resolved the issues I have had. He is very knowledgeable about mac systems and helped me with setting up my iphone and ipad. Zach is reliable and conscientious. I highly recommend him for computer maintenance, trouble shooting and repair.

Zach was able to help me set up apps on my smart phone and showed me how to get the most out of it. He was very patient with me re: Skype set up and all my tedious questions about using my laptop. After my desktop died of old age (8 yrs old), I struggled for a month to get my I-pad and Samsung Chrome tablet to print. I bought a new printer and it wouldn't work. Our Xerox at the office wouldn't work. Zachary Auciello to the rescue! He figured out that I needed a little known "Envy" printer, he went to Best Buy and bought it, came to my house and connected it and now I can happily print from the Apple and the Samsung. Moral of the story: call Zach first!!!!

what a pleasure it was to have Zachary come to my home, he installed anti virus software on my desktop, my laptop, gave me good advice on my tablet, linked up a wireless printer I have been unable to get to work with the desktop, plus the laptop...I feel like it is Christmas!! he is extremely polite, patient & energetic!
