The Balloon Chef was created by Don Ewald in 2007 after 25 years of balloon art activity at birthday parties, picnics and promotions in San Diego, CA.

Don is most known for his unique style of balloons, stunning detail and ability to connect with children of all ages. Some of his most popular creation categories are vehicles, animals, weapons, princesses etc. He has worked for The On the Border Restaurant, Albertson's, Home Depot, Comicon and many other organizations. When asked what his favorite creation is he will say, "I don't have a favorite, I live for the next creation.
