Trustworthy and great service. Mario provides excellent customer service. My best friend and her fiancé had a little dilemma last week and got locked out of their place. She called numerous places and was just not having any luck, and it seemed like other places were making an already stressful situation even more difficult. I've dealt with other locksmiths before that were not as helpful. I hope not to be put in the situation where I'd have to need a locksmith anytime soon, but I sure will use Shark City if it does happen!
