Rentals at Watch Point in Shoreham, VT, located at the waters of Lake Champlain. There is much to do at Watch Point! Fishing, boating, swimming, waterskiing, tubing, playing, biking, walking, running, relaxing, reading, and just enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Have a bbq; a picnic; and if you are with us over the 4th of July enjoy our large display of fireworks. You may travel to many of our nearby cities and towns for shopping, movies, museums, golfing at the beautiful courses we have in Vermont! We have several colleges nearby as well. There are many sites to see while boating on the water such as Fort Ticonderoga (or spend the day there by crossing the 3 minute ferry to NY state), Mt Independence, the beautiful birds we enjoy watching, from blue herons to bald eagles, the Champlain Bridge and much more! If it's a wedding site you want Watch Point is the place to be! Great photos can be taken with the Mountains, lake and scenery for your backdrop! You may also wish to rent the cottages (if available) for you and your guests! You may also wish to have your bridal shower, anniversary party there as well. We offer at the main house a bridal room for the night before your wedding or your wedding night. Our chef will cook you up a great breakfast or brunch!
